Can’t I just start in a group class?

Yes! You can join our On Ramp class right away.

I’m super fit. I run and bike and do Yoga. Can’t I just come to one of your Level 1 classes?

Do you know what a thruster is? How about Tabata squats? Do you know what AMRAP stands for? If it sounds like a different language, then you’ll need to enroll in our On Ramp program. The On Ramp is designed so you can join group classes at any Level and be able to perform them safely. We use the same standards as CrossFit New Zealand that you must meet to gain entry to any of our CrossFit Group classes.

Already a fire breather and want to test in?

If you already meet the standards for Level 1 or Level 2, you must schedule 2 testing appointments. Appointments are $75 each. Testing is Pass/Fail. If you do not Pass the level you aspire to, you will need to sign up for our On Ramp program and complete that before joining CrossFit Group classes.

Can an Elements Group and a Level 1, train together?

Level 1 or 2 athletes can join an Elements Group but you cannot train with different Level until you test up.

How long will it take for me to achieve Level 1 or Level 2?

There is no way to tell. Depends on a few things, are you committed to getting fit? How fit are you now? Do you have your nutrition dialed? If CrossFit is the first organized exercise program you have ever tried, it may take a bit longer.

Do you offer a family discount?

Yes! For 6 month or 1 year commitments only: 20% off per month for each additional family member.

What is your cancellation policy?

Private training sessions will not be charged if you cancel 24 hours prior to appointment.
Once you’ve completed On Ramp Training, you can sign up for month to month, 3 month, 6 month or 1 year commitments.

Can I get credit or refund for missed group class sessions?

No, But if you will be unable to attend classes for more than 30 days, you can put your membership on hold once per year for up to 30 days. This is for illness or travel only.

What are your hours?

Personal training is by appointment only. Group classes require completion of On Ramp Training. Group Classes will be added as we gain clients. If you can get 4 friends to train at a particular time we don’t offer yet, we will gladly open that time slot for you. Just ask! For now check Schedule for a complete list of Group Classes.

I train at another CrossFit and will be traveling through town. Can I drop in on a class?

Yes. Check and see what Level athlete you are. Then text or email us and let us know what day you would like to come in. We want to make sure you get into an appropriate class for you skill level. Our visiting CrossFit rate is $30/class.
